Mark Altman & Associates will reduce the amount of returned mail you receive by verifying and correcting addresses before every bill run

MA&A employs three systems to verify and correct the addresses of bill recipients:

  • Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) - Mark Altman & Associates is a fully CASS certified company which means that during our production process, residential addresses are standardized and matched to the USPS requirements. Bad addresses are then corrected as well as verified in order to ensure a minimal amount of returned mail.
  • National Change of Address (NCOA) Service - MA&A subscribes to the NCOA Service through the U.S. Postal Service so that residential addresses that are changed are changed in our system as well. This minimizes the amount of work that you have to do to collect information from residents who have moved, all while cutting down on the amount of returned mail as well.
  • The MA&A Bad Address Report - MA&A has designed a unique piece of software that will go through the entire recipient list of a bill run to identify addresses that have not been entered correctly. Through this automated system, bad addresses will be identified, corrected, and reported to you, so that you can fix your data before the piece is ever returned to you.
