Our service allowsutility companies to notify customers via email of a bill that’s available to be paid online. Customers can view their bill as an exact replica of the statement they would otherwise receive in the mail. Customers then have the ability to go paperless and conveniently make express payments without needing to register.

With the FASTforward® service, your mailing list is updated daily by the USPS, so your customers who have filed a change of address (COA) or temporary address will continue to receive your mail.  We'll also identify incomplete addresses within your data file so they can be corrected before delivery with MA&A's Bad Address Report.

With targeted samples, you can confirm that your project is perfect before it mails. Our sample selection process presents each variable data scenario—as well as customer-requested samples—before your statements are sent. Our quality assurance program targets unique samples within the data file to ensure that every part of your bill or form generates correctly.

This unique system allows us to set parameters within our mailing process that surpass the standards of barcode quality that are set by the USPS, meaning the delivery of your mail will never be delayed due to inaccurate mail barcodes.
