Our service allowsmunicipalities to notify residents via email of a bill that’s available to be paid online. Residents can view their bill as an exact replica of the statement they would otherwise receive in the mail. Residents then have the ability to go paperless and conveniently make express payments without needing to register.

The MA&A SortKey Process allows you to combine multiple bills, and even multiple types of bills, going to the same recipient into a single envelope. In addition to lowering postage and supply costs, you’re providing added convenience to taxpayers by sending all of their bills in one envelope.   

With the FASTforward® service, your mailing list is updated daily by the USPS, so your residents who have filed a change of address (COA) or temporary address will continue to receive your mail.  We’ll also identify incomplete addresses within your data file so they can be corrected before delivery with MA&A’s Bad Address Report.

With targeted samples, you can confirm that your project is perfect before it mails. Our sample selection process presents each variable data scenario—as well as customer-requested samples—before your statements are sent. Our quality assurance program targets unique samples within the data file to ensure that every part of your bill or form generates correctly.

Using the Optic Code Verifier from Bowe Bell + Howell (BB+H), MA&A tests mail as it is being sorted to ensure that your bills will be accepted without fail by the USPS. This unique system allows us to set parameters within our mailing process that surpass the standards of barcode quality that are set by the USPS, meaning the delivery of your mail will never be delayed due to inaccurate mail barcodes.
