Address Updates

With the FASTforward® service, a postal database updated daily by the USPS, your residents who have filed a change of address (COA) or temporary address will continue to receive your mail. The FASTforward® service also relieves clients from needing to use ancillary endorsements and update their mailing list every 95 days as required by the USPS. Because of this service, clients do not need to purchase software to update their address list—saving you time and money in the short and long term.

Our Bad Address Report is an automated program that seeks out problematic addresses within a data file that can cause a mail piece to be undeliverable, and subsequently returned to sender for re-mailing. We provide our clients with a list of these addresses and so that they can make corrections within their own database to ensure the mail is delivered in the future.
