Mark Altman & Associates will reduce the amount of returned mail you receive by verifying and correcting addresses before every bill run
MA&A utilizes three systems to combat the cost and irritation of returned mail:
- SortKey® Program - MA&A has developed its own signature software to improve the efficiency of our customer mailings. Through built in logic, the program will identify any bad addresses in the file. These are addresses that are missing information, i.e. street address, zip code, state, etc. We will supply our customers with a Bad Address Report that lists the bad addresses, so changes can be made for future bill runs.
- Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) - Mark Altman & Associates is a fully CASS certified company which means that during our productions process, residential addresses are standardized and matched to the USPS requirements. Bad addresses are then corrected as well as verified in order to ensure a minimal amount of returned mail.
- National Change of Address (NCOA) Service - MA&A subscribes to the NCOA Service through the USPS so that residential addresses that are changed are changed in our system as well. This minimizes the amount of work that you have to do to collect information from residents who have moved, all while cutting down on the amount of returned mail as well.
