When you choose to work with MA&A, you join a partnership where the hassle of collecting payments is taken out of the equation. We work directly with your Lockbox Service to minimize some of the interruptions that take place during your work day. MA&A will:
- Work as a liaison to your Lockbox Service to handle all questions and concerns about your upcoming bill
- Test all scan lines to confirm that payments will be received properly
- Send samples to both you and your Lockbox Services to confirm that the bill is functional for all parties
- Include a pre-addressed return envelope so that residents can send their payments directly to your Lockbox Service
