MA&A's signature software, the SortKey® Program, continues to provide tangible benefits to customers in multiple ways.
1. Combination of Multiple Bills - MA&A has the capability of identifying bills that have the same name and address and placing them in the same envelope in order to reduce additional postage costs. This program allows us to identify multiples of two or more by matching a certain criteria. The name and address need to be identical from the first letter of the first name to the last digit in the zip code to ensure complete compliance with all privacy laws. Two or more types of bills can also be combined into one envelope to maximize savings throughout your entire organization or municipality.
2. Customer Pulls - During bill production, customers can request specific bills to be pulled from the bill run. SortKey® will allow us to pull these bills based on any criteria that is requested, whether it be that payment has already been received, or if there is not a significant enough of a charge to invoice.
