Position: Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) primary responsibility is qualifying and transitioning leads to generate appointments and new opportunities to sales channels.  Our Inside Sales Specialists are customer focused and target driven with keen business acumen. They demonstrate a professional attitude and are innovative thinkers who have a passion for helping prospects understand how our Billing solution technologies will help save time and money.  This position requires both strategic and detailed thinking and strong initiative.

In addition to our training in consultative selling, we ensure that our employees have the tools required to make them successful lead generation and sales professionals.  The position will utilize Salesforce.com, LiveChat, eMarketing programs and lead nurture tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
  • 3+ years of telesales and/or lead generation experience preferred but not necessary
  • Effective Communicator – should possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess excellent personality skills in making telephone sales - should have the ability to accept rejections and have enormous confidence to reach the targets.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and customer relation management.
  • Patience – ability to deal with the different people over the phone of different temperaments and also possess the ability in developing and achieving the leads according to the region wise meeting or exceeding the monthly or annual targets.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • The ability and willingness to learn


Position: Southeast Industry Sales Manager

We are looking to fill an Industry Sales Manager position.  This person will be responsible for growing sales primarily in the municipal and utility markets.  MA&A has built a portfolio of over 300 accounts that the Industry Sales Manager can use as reference to drive future growth.

You will sell to contacts you already know in the large accounts market, prospect to create interest from target companies entered in our CRM system and leads generated by our inside sales activity.  You’ll present our solution, both in team settings and individually, prepare ROI analysis and proposals, and close business.  

The location of this position is flexible for the right candidate.  You can work from our headquarters near Hudson, MA or from your home office.   Overnight travel for sales calls and trade shows will be necessary.
